WealthWise Bank Refund Policy:
- If a customer is not satisfied with a product or service purchased through WealthWise Bank, they may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- To request a refund, the customer must contact WealthWise Bank customer service and provide their account information as well as a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and approved or denied within 7 business days of receipt.
- Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days and the customer's account will be credited with the appropriate amount.
- Refunds for digital products will not be issued after 14 days of purchase.
- The policy does not apply to fees for services such as account maintenance fees or late payment fees, which are non-refundable.
- The refund policy applies only to products and services purchased through WealthWise Bank and not through a third party.
- This refund policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of WealthWise Bank.
