Refund Policy

WealthWise Bank Refund Policy:

  1. If a customer is not satisfied with a product or service purchased through WealthWise Bank, they may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  2. To request a refund, the customer must contact WealthWise Bank customer service and provide their account information as well as a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  3. Refund requests will be reviewed and approved or denied within 7 business days of receipt.

  4. Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days and the customer's account will be credited with the appropriate amount.

  5. Refunds for digital products will not be issued after 14 days of purchase.

  6. The policy does not apply to fees for services such as account maintenance fees or late payment fees, which are non-refundable.

  7. The refund policy applies only to products and services purchased through WealthWise Bank and not through a third party.

  8. This refund policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of WealthWise Bank.
